Would definitely stay here again. Great location. Family friendly. We had the BEST family vacation. Right on the beach and apartment provided beach chairs and beach toys. Close to several restaurants, groceries stores, and bars. PERFECT LOCATION. beautiful apartment. We all had a great time.

Perfect for Families

Wonderful beach and beautiful pool. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful view of the ocean. Everything perfect and highly recommended. Only thing that was not ok was the cleanliness. Dirty towels behind the doors, dirty rags in the washing machine, dishes dirty and microwave also extremely dirty and therefore we did not use it.

Visiting with family

We visited Cocoa Beach with our son and his family to celebrate our granddaughter’s birthday and to take our grands to the Space Center. Found this unit through VRBO. Pictures looked good and reviews seemed ok so we booked it. Checking in was a breeze. Once we got inside we noticed how dirty the carpets were. I’m not talking about sand, I’m talking about filthy and needing to be replaced! We put one of the rugs for the master bath in the closet it was so bad I didn’t even want to walk on it. The tile grout in both bathrooms needs a good scrub or complete replacement. Very outdated. (I took pictures but guess I can’t post here) Dust on shelves and baseboards throughout. Towels are old and need replaced. Toilet in main bathroom is loose and you need to be careful. I noticed this was mentioned in a previous post so must not be a concern for the owners or managers. We couldn’t get the TV to work. Finally got Netflix but no regular channels. Called the contact given to us, Lisa said ‘oh I don’t have any idea how to work the tv you’re going to have to call the local cable company!’ Some help she was. We tried calling the cable company for hours and could never get an answer. The TVs In the bedrooms only had blu-Ray. Have you ever had grandchildren not want to watch tv? We will not be going back to this unit.

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was as expected with a Fully loaded kitchen the layout was perfect and the beach was gorgeous. Only suggestion would be to install a keyless entry door lock for convenience.

We had a great time at this location! It was easy access to the pool and the beach! It was great spending time with family and all being together! We were able to walk out to the pool area and see a night rocket launch which was really special!

Excellent location

We had a great time at the beach. Location was perfect- not too crowded. Condo was well equipped with everything we needed for a great vacation. There was a great surf shop down the street where we rented surf boards and the kids had a great time.

Great condo and amazing location! This condo was perfect for our family of 6. The pool is great and it is such a short walk from the pool to the beach! Beautiful beach views from the balcony. Many nice restaurants all within a few miles. Such a relaxing vacation, we can’t wait to go back!

The property is a great location. Easy to get to and access to the beach just steps away. The condo itself could use a cleaning (dusty vents) and maybe a new washer/dryer (fairly loud, didn’t fit a lot). Overall a good stay.

Close and Clean

Many of the buildings in Cocoa Beach are older, and we are ok with that, having spent a lot of time here over the years. We love the laid-back nature of the place. This unit met all of our requirements: beachfront, pool, and balcony. Plus, the inside was nice and clean with all the small things that some rentals don't always have like soaps and washer/dryer, etc. Very nice stay. Quick to the beach and even quicker to the pool! :)

Great Stay

It was nice having three bedrooms. We go to Cocoa Beach often, so we know that some of the buildings are older--that's fine with us as long as they are clean. This unit (Evolve Rental Company) has done a nice job. We felt clean, safe, and informed the whole time. Some stops that we "must" make every trip include: Vargas Cafe in Cape Canaveral (Cuban Sandwiches) and Jazzy's Mainely Lobster for the peel and eat shrimp! This location overlooks the pool and the ocean--both very quickly accessed.
