“Pros: Location, pool is nice (didn’t use it though), friendly lady at check-in (Celine), quiet (aside from people in the room next door), free upgrade to a room w/a balcony. Cons: Upgrade I was given was an adjoining room (wasn’t made aware it was adjoining), people next to my room were loud at night and I could hear their conversations. I don’t mind an adjoining room, but that’s if I’m traveling in a group. Went to use the treadmill one night and it wasn’t working. With the design of the……

“Our 12th floor suite was spacious and well appointed. The views were wonderful to. House keeping was efficient and attentive to our coming and going. I appreciated the complimentary breakfast as well. I was surprised by the parking fee, which I didn't know about in advance. But there was plenty of parking available and no in out fees or valets to tip. The bar and dinner service were very good as well.”

“Centrally located and within walking distance of Downtown Sarasota. Room was clean and comfortable. Dinner in the lobby lounge was excellent for both the service and food. I would stay there again. ”

“The room had trash in the trash can and before bed a cockroach crawled across the upper wall. I stay at the Hilton from time to time and do enjoy my stays but this room was different. ”

“Clean hotel with easy parking and great facilities. There were numerous areas to sit and grill, and rooms have a full kitchen as well. The property has two pools—one of them is brand new and absolutely gorgeous, with a true oasis feel. There’s also a walking path on-site that leads to a private beach, which was a huge plus. It’s a very easy drive to downtown Siesta Key as well. Would definitely recommend!”

“Towels where really small only one pool for two hotels and small too, if you planing to do laundry you have to pay to wash your clothes breakfast was ok it was a small area.”
