“Excellent location. The hotel is located in a perfect location for travel by taxi bus or walking. The staff at the hotel are excellent in every way. I stayed here twice and I was very happy with everything the rooms and the hotel are super clean and the staff are very attentive and friendly. There is onsite parking and an elevator if you need it. The location is very safe I have stayed in many hotels in the area including Pereira. This is by far the best. If you're thinking about visiting this……

“The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a positive. ​However, our arrival was slightly marred by an issue: all electrical outlets in the room were not working. Although we initially informed the staff, we unfortunately had to ask a couple of times before the issue was properly addressed. ​Once we pushed for a solution, the staff member who finally handled it was extremely helpful. They quickly ensured the maintenance team fixed the problem completely. The only minor drawback……

“Everything about this hotel was great. The staff must be one of the friendliest staff members I've ever dealt with. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, they made sure to accomodate us and help us with any request we had. The hotel was beautiful. Each room was slightly different and modern. Very clean and properly taken care of. Food was delicious. From the breakfast to the pizzas at night. Highly recommend you try the pizzas. Overall, we were really happy with our stay.……

“Our stay was amazing! The staff were incredibly nice. Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The only feedback is we wish there was Wi-Fi in the rooms and that the bed was a little softer. Although we came here to disconnect, having Wi-FI to communicate with family and manage flight check-ins would have been convenient. ”
