"We had a wonderful stay at Spy Run! The hosts were excellent with communication—responsive, helpful, and easy to work with from start to finish.The house itself was beautiful, comfortable, and very clean. Everything felt thoughtfully put together, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our time. There was also plenty of parking, which was a nice bonus.One of my favorite parts was the porch deck—the swing and seating area made it the perfect spot to hang out and unwind.I didn’t realize ahead of time how tucked away the property is, but even though it’s deep in the woods, the way the home sits on the hill makes it feel open, peaceful, and very inviting.Also—major appreciation for the coffee and creamer already there. That next morning cup was not just enjoyed, it was necessary and may have saved the day.I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!"

"White Rock Cabin is an absolutely beautiful and lovingly tended getaway! It is very private and when sitting on the back deck, you see nothing but mountain and forest. The host was very responsive, kind, and helpful in making sure my stay was perfect. The home is cozy, quiet, appealingly decorated, and outfitted with plenty of luxurious towels and linens. The bed was so comfortable (it was just me so I only used one), and the bathroom and shower are total luxury. Every need and amenity has been thought of and provided! The kitchen is fully outfitted for anything you would want to cook, plus two outdoor grills. And the coffee is divine! The setting is so relaxing and peaceful, with the sound of the river and birds the constant backdrop. The many native plantings and rock walls combined with the beautiful forest made it feel magical. The hot tub and firepit were so easy to use and added to the relaxing vibe that permeates all of White Rock Cabin. This is going to be an oasis that I return to again and again! I'll probably bring my family at some point, but I kind of want it to be my special getaway. I can't recommend it enough!"

"Cabin was great! The host was very responsive and helpful, and the instructions were excellent. They even recommended stopping for groceries on the way in since there isn’t anywhere nearby to get them, which was really helpful to know ahead of time.The campfire area was fantastic, and having firewood available was a great perk that many places don’t offer. Being right on the creek was incredibly relaxing.I brought a hammock and there was a perfect spot between the trees where I ended up spending most of my time.The cabin had all the kitchen and fire utensils we needed. My only small “wish” would be hotter water, but I like a pretty scalding shower so that’s more of a personal preference!10/10 — would definitely stay again."

"What a perfect little spot! Private but close to everything. Gorgeous cabin and such creative use of space! Absolutely loved it. We didn’t have kids with us but 100% recommend for kiddos, there is an entire area dedicated to kid space. Just a perfect spot! "

"The cabin was very clean and accommodating. We felt extremely comfy and cozy in this wonderful space. My kids really appreciated the snack basket and all the board games. We watched a few movies and enjoyed the fire pit almost every night. My family explored the creek and the woods and loved the view, especially at sunset. At night, the sky was filled with more stars thab I ever see. If youre looking for a peaceful getaway in nature, this is the place. We would love to stay again next time we visit."

"This is a gem of a cabin that we really enjoyed on our short family trip. The listing really undersells that great stream that is adjacent to the cabin. Several really nice swimming holes and lots of fun walking up and down the creek looking for critters. It was hard to keep my son on land! A great place that we will visit again!"

While it’s about a 30-minute drive to the nearest store, it truly adds to the quiet, getaway experience, so we recommend bringing what you need ahead of time.The cabin itself was spotless and very well stocked with essentials, including K-cup pods, ice in the freezer, trash bags, towels, and more. It made our stay comfortable and stress-free. If you’re looking for a relaxing escape surrounded by nature, this is a perfect spot. We would definitely stay here again!"
