"Loved our stay! Spacious condo, enough room for two families with children. Well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, we loved the board games! We would love to stay again when visiting the Dells."

"The biggest disappointment was that we booked this room specifically to celebrate my daughter’s birthday at the water park with family. We found out once we arrived that Chula Vista would only allow those who booked directly with them to gain access to the water park- we were forced to consider booking a separate room through the resort directly ONLY to get water park passes. Now this policy was new- and it is now on the Chula Vista website, but this was not on the website when we booked the room. This seems like an issue with the resort more than the VRBO, but it ruined the experience nonetheless. When speaking to the Chula Vista management, they defended their decision with “all Chula Vista condo owners knew of this policy change well in advance”. If that’s true, we would have liked to know so we could have book elsewhere. Other disappointments- they only provided one total toilet paper roll between all three bathrooms (1/3-1/4 roll was in all 3 bathrooms without any replacement rolls). Also found a garbage water bottle in the bed room from a previous guest.For how much we paid for additional/cleaning fees, we expected more. We ended up enjoying the fun spacious room with family, being dog friendly is so nice, unfortunately what was meant to be a special, relaxing weekend ended up being stressful and not what we were expecting. "

"I arrived in the dark and found the directions very confusing. It would probably just easier to say the first building and the second building. The fireplace which was a big draw for me as it is winter, was very disappointing. There was a switch on the wall and then the most sad little fire that didn't produce any heat. I called the 800 number to ask if there was a way to adjust the heat or flame on fireplace and they stated no. I also wish there was a toaster in the kitchen and a drain stopper and some actual glasswear not just plastic cups. - I would have appreciated some instructions on how to access the TV guide. Unless I misread the amenities it stated there was a hot tub and pool on the premises. There was a pool but it was not in the condo area and we could not access it as we were not part of the actual Chula Vista guests. Finaly, I tried to get a later check out and was told that opportunity window had closed as they sent me an email before even got to the unit to see if I wanted a later check out. The condo is a bit outdated but clean and well stocked with toilet paper and towels. "

"Booked our hotel and the posting said underground tunnel to the waterpark we went to Wisconsin in December when it was 8° and the hotel room we got was not even attached to the main building so it’s not very beneficial to take toddlers and 8° weather in your car after they’ve been to a waterpark Also, it snowed while we were there and in three days, nobody bothered to clear the walkways or the sidewalks outside the room. They simply threw salt down. Just hoping it would melt. All I did was make everything slushy. For how much you pay to be here, you would think they would take a little bit more pride in their appearance of their hotel and their name."

"Unit was much larger and more spacious than it looked in the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised. Condo contact was quick with responses to our questions. There were a few small things we didn’t care for about the condo. The king bed was very firm and the tv remote in the king bedroom was broken. The soap provided seemed watered down but, we brought our own with anyway. I also liked the air freshener sent, but it was a little overpowering throughout the whole condo. Overall a great trip though, the condo was a hit with our family of 6 and our family had plenty of room to relax!"
