“Accommodation was fine, clean and had hardly any issues. But just a few comments. We are both in our mid 70's and my wife having had recent back surgery had a lot of difficulty climbing and descending 4 flights of very narrow stairs. Even I had trouble with them and I do not have big feet but I had to go down sideways. I am surprised they meet building standards. Could definitely do with a printed welcome pack in the room to get guests started with the amenities, there were no instructions for……

“This is a rather special and quite unique place to stay. I've long been fascinated by the Deckhouses at Emsworth, houses on stilts overlooking both Thorney island and the harbour. It completely lived up to my expectations! The view from balcony, that runs the full length of the property gives spectacular views, and the most incredible sunsets. “Beautiful property. Perfect for our party of seven attending Goodwood Revival once more. There is nothing to object in general. A few details can be improved: Provide serving trays. Fix outdoor lights. Fix air conditioner. A better cleaning of spider webs inside and out. Second double bed was all broken and mattress would fall into its hole. Provide a Nespresso coffee machine with pods which can be obtained locally. We ran out of them and none in Chichester. No drinking water jugs. No firewood……

“We needed a relaxed space to stay with family members for my son's wedding, and Beaufort barn was perfect in every way - spacious enough to accommodate everyone comfortably and a very peaceful and tranquil place to re-charge after all the festivities. The many little extras were also much appreciated - e.g.shower and hand wash, washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent - so nice not to have to think about buying them.
