Small Tiny home. Quiet and on a serene lake. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside. Kayak, paddle boat and pirogue rentals including life jackets and paddles available. Kayak rental - $35/day or $60/2 days. Tandem kayak, paddleboat or pirogue rental - $45/day or $70/2 days.

The space
The tiny home is a converted RV. There is a kitchen area with a stove, refrigerator, small convection oven and microwave. There movable tables/trays for dining. The bathroom has a toilet, shower and sink. There is a full size bed in a loft and a queen size futon. It can comfortably sleep 3 people. Pets are allowed for a $50 non-refundable fee. Pets must be kenneled if left inside alone and on a leash at all times when outside.

Parking is free and very close to the ramp leading to the house.

Other things to note
The Pelican House is on a large property with two other tiny homes and a houseboat. There are several shared areas. The shared areas include a screened eating area, fire ring, boat launch, fish cleaning station and fishing pier.
