Quiet and convenient place to stay. Overall the property is clean. Bathrooms could use updating but they were clean. Would stay again :)

Staff was great, room was just as we needed. Your motel had more amenities than the $140.00 a night motel we stayed at over Christmas. Keep up the great work. There was an old bike frame in front of one of the rooms that was out of place, but other than that, everything was great. We might be staying here next weekend also. My mom is in hospice care by the hospital and this place is most convenient. Thank you! Sarah and Kelly

Easy check in with a quick ID check, code sent to phone with room # prior to arrival code was used to enter oom in lieu of key card. Roim was clean and quite nice for being a cheap motel. Great value for money

This is a great option if you don’t want to pay the high prices in Pullman but still want to take in some WSU Cougar sports. Clean spacious rooms, friendly staff, and great communication. We look forward to our next stay there.

Room smelled so strongly of fabric softener my husband couldn’t stop sneezing and even had trouble breathing. He had to drape his coat over the pillow because of the smell and that didn’t even help. We all had trouble sleeping because of this. The room wasn’t very clean. We pulled the beds away from the wall to check for bugs (just because that’s what’s we do when staying at a hotel.) There weren’t any but I seriously doubt they have cleaned under the beds for a long time because of the amount of dirt and dust bunnies underneath. If it wasn’t so late at night when we checked in we would have just bit the bullet, lost the money, and got another hotel. Also, their parking lot is ridiculously tiny.

Hi. Appreciate the review, however your issue could have been easily solved with any level of communication from you to us. We could have given you new pillows or moved you to a different room easily. Even so, I've just asked the team to stop using Febrezee, which is what your complaint is about. Outside of that we just use Tide for laundry. Other than that - yes our parking is very small and I always recommend street parking. This is shown on our photos and mentioned in several reviews. As for dust bunnies under the bed, we are doing our annual deep cleaning for the winter soon. Outside of that, our staff does what they can clean under the beds.

The reviews seemed good and we just needed it for a place to sleep, so we took a chance. We won’t be staying there again. It was noisy, didn’t feel clean and to top it off, the smell was so strong from their laundry detergent that it made me nauseous. It was your classic run down motel! We almost moved to the other hotel in town and forfeited a paid night here, but it was full, so we couldn’t.

Hi - thanks for your review and sorry we did not meet your expectations. Luckily, most people are very happy with their stay. I can promise others the room was clean - and in your review you even mention the cleaning supplies were too harsh for you. We do not use special commerical cleaners and opt for more standard houshold cleaners so others have this information.

Arrived 6:30pm. No cars in parking lot. Office door locked. Lights off. No answer to knocking. Called phone number of 24/7 contact...line went blank after ringing and no answer. Called twice more...no answer...no message. Called other number listed for motel...got anwering machine...left a message...never got a return call. Assumed motel went out of business and secured a room in different motel.

Simple but nice
For a very small hotel in a very small town it was very nice. I liked the soft towls and comfortable blanket. The air-conditioning did its job and the place was clean. The only downside was the small parking lot.

Hello. Thank you. We have staff on site from 30-70 hours per week depending on how busy it is. We have staff available in case of emergency 24/7 as our team lives locally. We do not offer 24/7 on site staff in order to keep our pricing to around half the cost of our competitors.

Don't let the low cost fool you! Worth the stay.
Very friendly staff and the room was clean and comfortable. The only complaint I have is that the Internet was slow and spotty.
