「We had booked this property for 28 days. Compared to other properties in the area we do not believe we got value for the amount we paid. First of all we were charged in Euros which has never been my experience in Mexico. So we ended up paying approx 25% more. Is that even legal? There was a strong sewer gas smell when we moved in. The manager responded quickly however it took 2 visits to finally install traps on the 2 sinks. There is no hot water in the bathroom or kitchen sink. No weekly...

「Host was great, only problem was that the first front door doesn't lock . We noticed it until the 2 day. You have to make sure to lock the outside door.」

「The bed was stiff and uncomfortable. There were bugs and what seemed like worms on the living room floor, which we had to let the owner know. The kitchen appliances looked dusty, coffee maker had old coffee in it. Seemed like they haven't been properly cleaned in a some time. There is also no AC. The host was responsive and friendly, however, we wouldn't stay again due to comfort conditions of the property.」

「Justin & Pascal’s home is absolutely beautiful. My husband & I stayed here for 10 days and really enjoyed the layout of the house as well as the amazing outdoor area by the pool. It is a little piece of paradise in a beautiful, quaint town. Walking distance to everything and so beautifully appointed. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us. 「Over all, the property was unclean and not sanitary (there were old bars of soap left in the shower, and dishes left on the cupboards, not to mention half eaten tacos and food still left in the fridge...)The biggest problem though is that there is actually 3 rooms in the house, you have access to only 2 of them, and the third room is left locked and unexplained.
