「Loved the upgrade to a better view, the privacy of the separate bedroom for the parents, and the host of onsite amenities. We took advantage of long walks on the beach, quiet mornings having coffee sitting in one of the two balconies, and having delicious food delivered to our room. We would stay again in a heartbeat, possibly in a room on a higher floor for an even better view.」

「Lovely large room - penthouse suite overlooking the beach. Room was clean, but a little dated. Friendly and helpful staff. Plenty of towels available. Easy access to the beach. Missed having a kettle being British haha 」

「I avoid staying at Hilton due to unpleasant experiences with cleaning and maintenance. We gave it a try and unfortunately we had a bad experience. The housekeeping was horrible! The bed was not done as expected as a good hotel will do it. It looked like housekeeper just pulled everything without care, sheets where longer on one side and all sheets not extended. Cups and sugar were refilled but just thrown on the side of the coffee maker. Overall we had a bad experience as always in a Hilton....

「The room itself was nice. Could be updated. There were pots pans, dishes, stove, full-size refrigerator, all the amenities that you could want coffee maker. Everything was good bed was comfortable outside balcony looking onto the beach and pool. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.」

「We do not feel the room was as described. It was not well maintained, and the overall condition of the unit was disappointing. The room we were assigned appeared to have previously been the manager’s room, as it was separated from the check-in office by a door that could only be locked and unlocked from the office side. That alone made us very uncomfortable. Additionally, the door did not seal properly. We could clearly see light coming through around the edges from the office, and the music...

「Our ocean front room was not clean, bathroom tile chipped and stained. Carpet stained. Lobby was nice but room was not」

「Tiki bar closed at 8pm. Also, they aren't affiliated with the condos so bring cash or card with you. Property is a good value for the money. Right on the beach, pool is adequate. Entertainment every afternoon. Rooms are a little dated hit and miss as they are privately owned and some are much better than others. Staff was great! 」
