Ambiente elegante, pulito dove tutta la gestione operativa è gestita a parere mio da diamanti unici come Sara dove ricopre piu ruoli e da grande donna riesce sempre a dare il massimo supporto e professionalità! Consiglio vivamente di passare per la locanda del parco perchè oltre alla location possono vantare una cucina come quella del Giglio rosso che credo sia alla pari di un ristorante stellato michelin!!!

Can't wait to get back there
The family owned & operated hotel was very nice and couldn't have been more helpful during our stay. There was construction happening while we were there but they made sure not to bother the guests. Very nice place and we hope to get back there!

NO AIR CONDITIONING AS ADVERTISED!!!  BE AWARE THAT THE HOTEL RECEPTION CLOSES AT 2000 hours (8pm).  Afterwards,  you can not get a hold of anyone until the morning.  The receptionist failed to tell us that the air conditioning was not working for the past couple days. If I knew this, I would have rebooked elsewhere. When we got to the room, it was hot. I notified the receptionist who stated she will attempt to adjust the thermostat (entire buildingis controlledby the reception). It worked for less than an hour then turned off again.  Then the reception was closed and i could not find any employees in the hotel. I eventually found the owners number (which was not provided at check in) located on the front door and message them. They told me that no one can work on the air conditioning and to "open a window." If you open the windows, there were tons of mosquitoes waiting to bite you. We stayed on the top floor and guess what, we opened the window because we wouldnt bear the heat and got bit multiple times.  There was no way to check out.  We were stuck. Who knows if it was really broken or if it's one of their tactics to save on electricity. You also need to insert you lr key into a slot to have power in your room  The next day, the receptionist assisted us in ending out reservation early with Expedia with a partial refund but did not want to offer any compensation for the miserable night before. Not even a bottle of water. I asked Expedia for a refund and was denied

Sarah very welcoming upon arrival. Excellent hotel for 24 hr stop over after long drive. Couldn’t get air con to work but didn’t ask reception as room cool. Lovely balcony. All clean and nice. Safe parking. We have convertible car. lovely restaurant we sat outside good food. Locals dining which is always nice to see. Sandro waiter good. Everyone happen to help with our appalling Italian, English spoken here. Basic breakfast but good. Thank you

Esperienza positiva in hotel per quanto riguarda pulizia e cortesia dello staff , un po’ meno per il ristorante della stessa struttura non per la qualità delle portate dove si assaporano piatti locali eccelsi abruzzesi ma per la lentezza tra le stesse troppo lunghi quindi solo in questo ho visto un piccolo neo che credo la direzione migliorerà sicuramente visto che era anche il giudizio di altri ospiti li conosciuti!

Posto molto accogliente con camere ampie e pulite, non manca niente, compresa un'ottima colazione. Personale molto disponibile nel farti sentire a tuo agio e nel dare informazioni sui luoghi da visitare. Ampio parcheggio e soprattutto un ottimo ristorante per la cena con prodotti tipici.

La struttura pulitissima e il personale gentile, avevo preso la stanza convinta di trovare una vasca idromassaggio, invece c’era una doccia minuscola che sparava getti d’acqua taglienti, l’acqua calda tardava ad arrivare, insomma per farla breve; 74 euro sono stati davvero troppi per quello che offriva la struttura in un posto come colledara il mese di novembre in cui non c’era un’anima viva. Dal momento in cui io e il mio compagno siamo soliti incontrarci in quelle zone dato che lavoriamo distanti, sicuramente non sceglierò più questa struttura😉
