「We didn't know Sunday was closed because Expedia did not tell us. We arrived late and didn't know how to enter. After spending the night in another hotel, we asked In Town Suites to refund our first night. They did so with ease. They were very helpful, friendly and accommodating. There are not cooking utensils, plates, silverware or dish soap, but there are towels and toilet paper for the first week.」

「We really enjoyed our stay. I would have rated all excellent but the carpet in the bedroom was really stained and dirty ( the rest of the unit was immaculate).Guest relations was very good about getting us additional towels and help with the TV and internet. The only other thing that would have improved my rating would be to have had a TV in the bedroom. I prefer to watch it when going to sleep. I would stay here again. It is close to Vanderbilt University and Medical center and has plenty of...
