「What an amazing location! A little difficult to get in and out of, but worth it. Michael was amazing help and friendly. It's more like you're staying at home. There are only two floors to the hotel. Had some trouble figuring out the TV situation and you will need accounts to watch certain things as is the norm nowadays. The exterior windows a little disappointing cobwebs which marred a spectacular view. I had a Riverview room and it is worth it. The decor and everything inside the room amazing...

「When I found out this pet friendly hotel charges an additional $150 a night for a dog I was shocked. . When I questioned the amount, the front desk clerk was rude. Also, she said that I had only reserved one room and my Expedia reservation clearly said two. Again, she was rude and abrupt. I finally figured out that the second room was in my Granddaughter’s name . I had difficulty with the app on the washer and dryer and had to make about five trips to the front desk to ask for help.」

「I absolutely loved my stay at Kasa in Nashville! The space was perfect, and having a kitchen made it easy to prepare breakfast before heading out to explore the city. I felt very safe and comfortable throughout my stay. It truly felt like a home away from home. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it! My only suggestion would be to add a door to the bedroom, as the sleeping area is completely open. Being able to close it for privacy would make the apartment absolutely perfect!」

「Everything was wonderful, Clean Rooms, Clean Property, Etc. Two little things, I was approached about a timeshare before I could get my parking pass(which I detest}, I am trying to relax and the cigarette Smoke coming from the apartments below mine were unbearable, I literally could not enjoy the beautiful view.」

「I did not get a door code until the day of my check in. This was a bit concerning considering i was traveling from out of state. When i got there finding parking was really confusing. I finally found a spot and went up to my room to find carts blocking the doorway. The room was nice with a few items in disrepair, but still nice. We had to tug on the door when leaving the room because it wouldn't shut all the way. My wife was very concerned about the shower having mold in the grout.」

「They so not carry ice. You have to ask for a hair dryer or iron and ironing board. You get a tiny bar of soap to use between the sink and shower. You provide everything you need. They provide nothing. Expensive to not get anything. 」
