"This hotel has an excellent manager. My only complaint was that my bed was way too hard. The manager immediately provided some Financial relief on the parking cost which he did not have to do at all. I was so impressed that I do give this stay a 10 out of 10. "Lovely boutique feeling hotel with great rooms, superbly comfortable beds and bedding, friendly helpful staff and lovely breakfast. Only complaint it that rooms above the bar/restaurant patio suffer from very loud noise from below despite the double glazing. I was promised by the manager it would subside after 11pm but it went on until around 12.30am."
