Wedding Gathering

This was a fantastic place for my wife and I to host our family that was visiting for our son’s wedding. Plenty of space and fantastic amenities. Host was great, communicative.

Stayed for the George Strait Concert at Kyle Field

The house was perfect for our crew that consisted of 4 couples, some friends, and family. Great location, the neighbors couldn’t have been nicer, and the house had everything we needed for an amazing weekend!

Great house for a football game

Our 3rd time to stay here and I am hesitant to give a good review because we don’t want others to book this awesome house. Just kidding, it’s perfect for a game or any event on campus! We have enjoyed it every time.

Family getaway for Aggie baseball game

Wonderful property! Extremely clean, new construction. Great for our family weekend. Lots of space to hang out without being crowded. The driveway is no joke though!

Great family house for extended family

Fantastic that each room had its own bathroom. Liked that there was no pool since we have a very mobile toddler. Should add that hot water heater thermostat is by downstairs laundry room and convenient to adjust water temp

Great House but beware

The house was absolutely great and like brand new. Please be aware that the driveway is way to steep for many cars. Only 2 people could park that had large suvs. It was really disappointing for how much we spent, and several of my guest had to park at other locations because they could not get their cars up the driveway. It needs to be rebuilt correctly. Anyway driving a car should be concerned and you can see scratch all over where people have triad and failed.
