  • 3 bedroom, 2 bath single family home in a quiet neighborhood with a fenced, private backyard. We can accommodate a group up to 6 people. Easy 10 minute drive to Texas A&M University! Perfect for Aggie Game Days, Parent’s Weekends, Graduation or any occasion that brings you to Bryan/College Station. Each bedroom is equipped with a flat screen TV. All linens provided. Washer and dryer onsite. Kitchen is fully stocked for your use as well as backyard patio with BBQ. Complimentary high speed internet and YouTube TV.

    This property is available for weekend or short term rentals.

    Bedroom 1 (Master Bedroom): King sized bed with linens. Flat screen TV. Adjoining bathroom with soaker tub and shower, 2 sinks. Note: Master closet not available to guests. Wardrobe provided for clothing storage.

    Bedroom 2: Queen sized bed with linens. Flat screen TV. Large walk in closet and dresser. Shares common bathroom.

    Bedroom 3: Queen sized bed with linens. Flat screen TV. Full sized closet with storage. Shares common bathroom.

    We provide an inflatable mattress and linens you can set up in living room.
