“First, I called the hotel shuttle to pick me up at the airport. I waited for an hour and no one showed up. Second, the keypad of the room phone was totally inoperative, I couldn’t use for dialling and even to the front desk. I complaint and the front desk staff told me no one would fix. Third, a number of guest brought the glass and beer to the pool side, and threw the glasses on the floor, debris and blood in the poolside area. Fourth, I reserved shuttle bus to the airport scheduled at 8:30am,……

“Although I had to clean the room when I got here. Isnt 90 buck too much specifically because I had to do my own cleaning. (And while I’m here that’s what I will do no maid service needed cause evidently they can’t clean) and the remote doesn’t control the volume of the tv the tv has no buttons. It’s a place to lay my head until I can find a house. ”

“The staff were friendly and helpful at checkin. The smoke detector was ripped out of the wall (I later found it in the bottom drawer). There was a roach leg on the floor by the bed. Dirt and toilet paper scraps on the bathroom floor. Used bar of soap was still in the shower. The sink faucet wobbled back and forth. The water did work and did get hot. The towels smelled bad but appeared clean. There was graffiti on the head board. They did not turn on the ac prior to my arrival so the room was an……
