If I had to change anything, I’d have the lawn done before guests arrive, fixed the smallish cut in the front door screen so bugs couldn’t get in and had a cutting board available. Minor things. “The house is very comfortable. There were two of us and bedrooms were spacious enough to spread out. Kitchen has all the amenities. The host was very communicative and responsive to messages. I had a FedEx sent to VRBO address one month early and host held it for me. Pkg was in the home when I arrived. Lots of dining choices nearby. Good venue if you’re attending Cincinnati tennis. ”

“This home worked very well for our needs. It was very clean and modern. The kitchen was a nice size. The location was perfect as we were visiting family in Oxford and Liberty Township.
