“Room was clean and enough room for my wife and I and our two girls (6 and 10). Pullout bed was plenty comfortable. Room was a little warm, as the mini split wall unit didn’t seem strong enough to cool the room adequately, but there were two strong ceiling fans. Kids enjoyed the shallower pools. Bartenders were great. Pool bar service can be a little slow because there was only one bartender at a time when we were there, but great 2 for 1 drink specials daily at happy hour and friendly……

“I was disappointed in the resort. The beach was not usable, full of seaweed. The resort should've shuttle customers to other beaches daily not twice weekly as people are usually coming for the beach. The customer service was poor.”

“The rooms were clean, but beds were too hard. We would’ve appreciated small waters in the room daily. Especially one night everything was closed and we had nowhere to get water, and we tried to get help from a woman at from desk at night, and there was nothing she would do to help. She didn’t even try to help us. I take medicine at night that requires water. I ended up drinking at the sink. I’m we also would lose poise in the room every morning. Breakfast was really nice, and our hostess was……

“Loved the ground level room right off the beach, with foot wash and large private veranda. Kitchen amenities were great, they provide all the basic necessities (eg., sponge, dish soap, towels, beach towels, dinnerware, etc…).”

“The location is prime!!! Beach at your feet! Wifi exceptionally great! Staff wonderful. I walked everywhere and spent hours on the beach...only thing I wish drinking water was included in the room, but I was able to purchase at the nearest grocery store! Love love loved my stay!!”

“I can't compliment the staff enough here. They were so, accommodating with me on multiple occasions even prior to my arrival. I stayed in their cottage. The joy, calmness and safety that I experienced while there hasn't left my body yet. It was super clean!! The entire cottage was spacious. It was my 1st solo trip and not once, did I feel unsafe. There's the pool and ocean view almost at your fingertips. I can't speak on the amenities that they possibly, may have to offer. If you're special……

“So the hotel standards other JW Marriotts I have stayed at. The staff are great. The Sargassum was terrible which made outside pool area unbearable. Of course they cannot help this but since the sargassum is not being hauled away the smell is awful! The property is very far from everything, since there is only one pool and not much else on the resort to do, it left a lot to be desired.”

“A place on the marina, where you can find the beach, with a 3 minute walk on a path, to restaurants nearby. Although you have a hot plate electric cooktop, it's easy to make something simple on your outdoor kitchenette. Mini fridge holds enough for leftovers and drinks, depending on how long your visit is. Pots and pans utensils are all basics of what you would need. The hotel has a restaurant but check hours each day especially off season time. The bed was comfortable and the air conditioner……
