「Helpful staff. Breakfast and lunch buffet is nice but not much international choices, most are Indian style. 」

「Lovely hotel in a great location! The staff were absolutely superb friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it.」

「The staff need to be re-trained. House keeping was inconsistent - four towels, then two. Six waters, then none. Laundry had to be chased. The staff at the breakfast restaurant were appalling. Not even close.」

「Restaurant services : so so Food : so so The only good services are the doormen .」

Eg 2: We also needed a screwdriver to remove the battery from a toy we bought (for plane travel), and the staff went out of their way to help out with it (laughing at us). The breakfast and dinner buffet...

「Nice service 」
