“Check in was easy. Beds were good and sheets were nice. We used the Guest washing machine/dryer's - they did not work. After two times, washer left clothes soaked. Hand rung the clothes out to try the dryer and it did not work either. Asked for help, staff unfriendly about the issue and acted 'put out' and told me that the $4 in quarters was all they were going to do to help.
