Beautiful brand new remodel in the heart of Downtown Monument. Designer finishes and decor throughout the home. The location is excellent, only a 5 minute walk to the middle of Downtown! The home is located close to the entrance of the US Air Force Academy, hiking and biking trails, amazing local restaurants and breweries, and much more! Because it`s close to the I-25 corridor, you can take a quick drive to Downtown Colorado Springs, Garden of the gods, Manitou Springs, the Broadmoor Hotel, or the Cheyenne Mountain zoo!

Fun family house

The property was perfect for us for the week we were there. Very clean, well stocked with kitchen essentials. Check in and out were very well communicated and I knew exactly what was expected.

Fine, not great

We booked this property for our family of 8 to have close access to USAFA during graduation week. That is the only reason I would consider it. It was not as clean as expected, the carpets are stained, the baseboards are dirty and beat up there was some bedding that was very stained and we did not use it. There were not enough bath towels, washcloths or any bath mats. There weren't any kitchen towels and the kitchen was not stocked well. I informed the host and they provided us with a couple more towels, 1 kitchen towel and 1 wash cloth for 8 people for 5 days. They also sent 2 skillets and baking pan. I was informed new bedding was ordered however we weren't offered it or any alternatives. I never received wash cloths so had to purchase them for my family. We used towels on the tile bathrooms since there were no bath mats. With older family members, wet tile floors were definitely a concern. The backyard is under some sort of renovation and is unusable. There a train that runs very often day and night is close to the house. I would recommend looking on Google Earth to see the proximity of it and the neighborhood. Overall for the high price (we were upcharged for 8 people) I was very disappointed. So as not to make this completely negative, it is decorated as pictured, and the mattresses were comfortable.

Wonderful for a big group

Property is clean and well decorated. Easy checkin and no issues! My only issue would be that we couldn’t find any kitchen towels but wasn’t a big deal. Neighbor lady complained about parking in front of mailbox but no where else with 3 cars. Loved the giant living room and the master upstairs king bed was SO comfy.

This place has the best balance of amenities for what we needed! Our almost a year and a half grandson was completely thrilled with the place here! For the size of group and varied ages that we are this was the place for us to get, thank you very much!
