The Space:

Each of the (2) units is identical, other than differences in appointments and design. Two of the units are adjacent to one another, and both are modern, luxuriously decorated, and over-flowing with practical appeal. Each has 4 levels, a private garage, private backyard, and each has a stunning rooftop patio with unobstructed views of Downtown Colorado Springs. Spend evenings under clear Colorado skies while you’re warmed by the modern, custom fire-features! Multiple private patios & outdoor living spaces offer unlimited entertainment options here.



You’ll access each unit the same way — either through the private garage or up the stairs and through the front door, using the private key-codes provided to you at booking. There’s a bedroom on the ground-level of each unit with a private bath, separate from the rest of the living space. Upstairs from the ground levels, you’ll find the main living areas, including an open-concept living/dining/kitchen. There’s a private patio on this level with comfortable outdoor seating on each, and great views of the Downtown area.



Back inside, you’ll enjoy the quality furnishings, practical layout, and the kitchens that invite a gourmet meal. With plenty of space, you can have the whole crew over and with exceptional, modern appliances, counter space, and dinnerware you’ll be inspired to create your best culinary masterpieces. Just beyond the kitchen is a private outdoor living space, with gas-grills for even more culinary and entertaining options! Practically speaking, there’s a full-size laundry available for guest use just off the kitchen too.



Upstairs are each of the units’ remaining (3) bedrooms, including the master, with a private, luxurious master bath featuring dual vanities, an exceptional tile shower and spacious walk-in closet. You’ll immediately notice the walk-out patio here, with enticing views of the Springs’ vibrant and growing Downtown. You’ll also immediately want to explore the spiral staircase accessing each of the units’ rooftop patio (but more on this in a second). There’s an additional bath serving the remaining two bedrooms on this level. Each of the beds are comfortable and new, and offer quality, hotel-quality linens professionally laundered. The rooms are bright, spacious, welcoming and private.



These rentals are managed professionally and there’s a standardized, natural attention to detail here that you’d expect from a luxury hotel, without any quirks or eccentricities. The process and communication is easy — with a customer service associate on-call 24/7. Problems accessing the property, or run into something unexpected? Finally, the most obvious and unique amenity of each of these town-homes is the 4th floor, roof-top patio, complete with a custom gas fire-feature. Even on a crisp winter’s night, you’ll want to spend as much time up here as possible — with clear views of the city’s lights Downtown, and the unobstructed Colorado sky above with stars brighter than they should be in an attractive, urban neighborhood. The appeal here is obvious, with plenty of practical functionality, modern, urban design and a location that for the right family or group, simply couldn’t be better.

The Neighborhood:

Just a few blocks from our increasingly energetic and appealing Downtown, and just down the hill from The Pinery events center, within walking or biking distance of cafés, award-winning breweries, shops, galleries, bars and restaurants, we’re in a perfect location for those who want to experience Colorado on their terms, comfortably, well-fed, and possibly with a drink (or locally-brewed, award-winning Colorado craft beer) responsibly in hand.



The neighborhood here is modernizing, while keeping close to its turn-of-the-20th-century roots. The streets are wide and well-treed. The housing stock has a classic appeal. And down the road, many of the cafes and restaurants are housed in timeless buildings that once served a different purpose in this area of Colorado Springs full of appeal and history. Be sure to check out Rosco’s Coffee, just a couple of blocks away. A little further down the street are local favorites, Cerberus Brewing, N3 Taphouse, 503W and Benny’s (dive) Lounge. A little further up the road (but not much) are the restaurants, bars, galleries and artisan shops of Old Colorado City, and in the other direction and even closer, the myriad entertainment possibilities presented by the Downtown, Tejon St corridor.



For the outdoor enthusiast this place is located pretty perfectly too. Garden of the Gods, The Manitou Incline, Red Rocks Open Space, and the world-class hiking opportunities presented by Pikes Peak (“America’s Mountain”) are all just about 5 - 10 minutes away by car. Offering the best of the natural and the urban, the mountains and the city, this location embodies what makes the Pikes Peak Region such a desirable place to visit and explore. Getting Around:

Although there are superb entertainment, dining, shopping, nightlife and recreational opportunities within walking distance to this vacation rental, we still recommend that you have a car or use Uber or Lyft when traveling in the Pikes Peak Region. We're happy to provide bus schedules and maps too if you'd like to use public transportation.

~No Smoking - we charge a $1000 fine for smoking



We require a refundable hold of $1000 on your card for damages (released after checkout) OR you can opt out with a small fee of $50 by purchasing a damage waiver coverage to stay insured throughout your stay.





AGE REQUIREMENT: Must be at least 21 years old. We cannot accommodate guests who do not meet this age requirement unless prior approval has been granted by us before check-in.

* We provide fresh sheets, towels, hand towels, wash cloths, and essentials like shampoo, soap, toilet paper etc.

* Pets are NOT allowed in this property: This property maintains a no-pet policy for the comfort and convenience of all our guests.

* Parties or events are not allowed at this home.

* No smoking or vaping (of any kind) is allowed indoors;

* Trash is located in green dumpster on the north side of the property.

* There is central AC throughout the home
