「This is a great property in a wonderful location. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and shopping. Comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Would definitely stay here again.」

「The property is very close to downtown and has easy access to the highway. One amenity (a can opener) was broken and needed to be replaced. However, I had to call again for that item as this was forgotten about. It was delivered and the site manager was very friendly. The only other negative was the people upstairs could be heard walking around and talking. It's just poor sound insulation between top and bottom floors. I would book this property again if the situation should arise.」

「Quiet cul-de-sac. Nice view of PIke's Peak. Comfortable beds. All the necessary kitchen supplies. The only A/C appears to be a portable unit in the far corner of the large bedroom.」

The owner has provided many extras, such as board games, box fans, space heater, a few small children’s toys, Pak n Play, and many others that I have not seen before in my travels. It had a fully stocked kitchen and coffee bar, and they even provided a pasta making kit, in the off chance you want to stay in and eat one evening. Would definitely stay here again! 」
