「The room was not clean, television never worked the entire time, air conditioning unit right next to right side of bed hard to get in and out.」

「Dog friendly, which was very helpful and there’s a large field behind the hotel to take your dog. It’s perfect. Anyone that leaves a negative complaint is just crying. This is an amazing hotel for what the price is. You guys have to understand this is the cheapest hotel that pops up in the Springs and I have to say it’s very good for what the price is only negative I will say is there is nothing for breakfast. I stayed for 5 nights and had no issues.」

「Our large family that included great grandchildren had a wonderful vacation. We were impressed with the schedule of activities for kids, keeping them busy all day long. The staff was very welcoming, professional, and fun. Kudos!」

「The room was clean and elegant. They must have done a good job with the sound proofing, my room was fairly quiet. Overall I enjoyed my stay here. The only mild complaint is there is minimal to no cell phone reception throughout the casino and hotel. The hotel may need a cell phone relay system. I would stay here again. Front desk staff was very helpful and friendly.」

「I arrived promptly for check in. The place is a mixture of low income housing, retirement community, and dirty. Loitering of homeless, sketchy area. When I went to check in, all AC Units were out, and it was a good 85 degrees in the lobby. I was told they’d cancel my stay and refund my payment by the hotel manager, but would have to contact Expedia as booked through them. After contacting Expedia, I was told hotel manager went back in their word, refusing my refund. Very shady business...
