「We really liked this cottage because of the old charm that it had been built in 1923 yet very modernized by the owner. We also love the location, not far from stores, restaurants, etc. very close to I 25 in the Broadmoor hotel, which was our main attraction. We loved Some of the cool creative decor inside of the cottage (see pics) and how friendly the host was.」

「Pretty nice place stay while in Springs. Hosts are very communicative and fast to answer any questions or concerns. Check in was nice other than getting caught in a small hail storm. Bedrooms were nice and clean. Bathroom was nice sized and kitchen basically ready to cook whatever you feel, just take your food. Will have to say though a carport woulda been nice to help check in. 」

「Everything was absolutely lovely. Savannah thought of all the little things and is very welcoming and helpful if you need her - even on Christmas eve! We stayed 3 nights and only felt like we were 'attached' to the main house once, and that was when we needed fresh propane and called them over! Location is amazing, all the extras were so nice and the hottub was so great to relax in after a day out hiking! You can tell a lot of care and thought was put into the place. Wouldn't hesitate to stay...
