"Everything about my stay was impressive. A major storm rolled in on my second night, and by morning fresh snow blanketed Garden of the Gods Park, creating a breathtaking view right from my room. Because I booked through Hotels.com, I received a room upgrade along with nightly expense credits, which was a wonderful bonus. The room itself was outstanding, with a spacious living area featuring a cozy fireplace and a luxurious bathroom complete with a huge soaking tub — perfect after a cold, snowy day. While I didn't catch the names of all the amazing staff, a few stood out. Ella was an exceptional host who checked in with me before, during, and after my stay, making sure I had everything I needed and that my Hotels.com benefits were fully applied. One evening, I enjoyed a fantastic dinner at one of the on-site restaurants, complete with stunning views of Garden of the Gods Park; Jodie was a warm, attentive, and genuinely friendly server who made the experience even better. At the spa, Erica provided a treatment that was both skilled and welcoming. From start to finish, this stay truly lived up to its name — it felt like a real resort experience in every sense."
