「Was unable to make our reservation, called way ahead of time and was told ok but had to cancel with Expedia. I asked the girl if they would approve it when Expedia called to verify She said more than likely especially given our circumstances and it was before 3PM Management declined it. Paid 500 dollars for nothing even tho they could have sold that room! Shame on you wolf lodge - even a partial refund would have been nice」

「Horrible check in experience. Definitely call the hotel when booking through a 3rd party. Waited at the desk for 20 min. Then went back to the desk 30 min after normal check in hours and had a room. Front desk staff left for about 15 min with no communication. Had two other attendants try to help. Room: mediocre for something described as a resort property.
