"The lady that checked us in was extremely rude and condescending. She also checked my daughter & I in when we stayed there in March and it took her a good 20 minutes to get us checked in then. The woman in front of us in March gave up & finally walked away then got back in line behind us to try again. I know she’s there for check in on Friday nights but don’t know her name. "We stayed for four nights 5/1-5/5/24. The hotel was very quiet even though it is near the interstate and another busy street. The bathroom and room were very clean. The pool and hot tub were great too! The breakfasts were okay, not great. I wish they had a make-your-own Belgian waffle station. "
