「We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. 「The rooms are definitely spacious with the full kitchen and the beds are beyond comfortable. But we had a 4 day stay an NO INTERNET the entire stay. I had to pay for my mobile data just to check my email & SM accounts every day. We called the desk and every single day was told "tomorrow", but never got internet. This was especially frustrating considering the internet was working in the office & breakfast areas. The breakfast is always good there. Other than that it was a nice stay.」

「When you check in and they ask you if you want services be sure to say yes. If you don't they will not do any housekeeping if you are staying multiple nights. I didn't understand what they meant and said no so we didn't receive any room attention 」
