“Security seems lax, especially given the downtown location. Without a ground-floor manned operation it gives the hotel a "wide open for all to charge in" look. That I didn't like that. I would not recommend a female stay there unless she was a USMC combat vet with bulging rippling muscles.”

“This is truly a superb property. Staff is extremely friendly, beautifully appointed rooms, great bar and restaurant. Location within walking distance to restaurants and shopping downtown. If you are in Colorado Springs, this hotel is a must stay! ”

“Everything was great—even the breakfast was excellent, despite the extra charge. However, since there are clubs nearby, the music can be quite loud at night.”

“They really have the best breakfast like other reviews said. We were there for four nights and had breakfast 4 times, we enjoyed it so much. There was a wide selection of breakfast items. Tea and coffee were available in the lobby all day. The location was excellent and minutes away from major attractions. We are very happy with our stay!”

“This place was extra dreamy with holiday decorations and a blizzard outside. The snow was beautiful from the 12th floor.”

“Bring your own toilet paper. You ma run out. I don't like the fact that we have to ask them to clean. If you don't it won't happen. We stayed 4 days.”

“I spent a relaxing evening, hotel is quiet at night. It has a small kitchen. Staff was wonderful, lady that checked me in was a Gem of a person. She answered every question I had n made me feel welcomed.”

“First the desk clerk tryed to charge me more for the room when I arrived. The bathroom look like some one died in it, the heat didnt work so they gave me a floor heater that was older than me which kept knocking out the power which happened 4x. The last time was around 11pm. I was with out power in the middle of winter after an hour i just left. This the worse hotel i have ever stayed in. ”

“This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this hotel. The room was spacious and clean. I like all the decor. It's modern & beautiful. There's a good size parking lot. Depending on how you come into the city you have to go through several of the other businesses parking lots to get into the hotel. We didn't make it to the breakfast so I can't comment on it. I also like that it's located close to a large amount of restaurants. We will be staying here again.”

“The breakfast was incredible. Fresh, hot homemade baked French toast, pistachio chocolate cake, fresh fruit salad. Arlene is an amazing cook and a fascinating person.”
