“房間很乾淨 洗澡水夠熱 check in 也很方便 有幾個問題我個人覺得很嚴重 讓人沒有辦法睡好 冰箱噪音，也許是用太久或已經有問題 他整晚都在運轉，而且就在床旁，深夜裡其實很大聲 廁所通風扇，也許是跟其他房間共用管線，或者是外部的風吹進來，這風扇深夜會有噪音，在夜晚他就像在打節拍 隔音非常不好，11點後還是會聽到非常大聲的其他住客吵鬧 對於想要好好安靜休息的人我不推薦，但他地點還不錯，附近有幾個好的餐廳 ”

“Honestly couldn’t review The Element better. Our stay was 9 days, having just relocated to Colorado Springs. The staff? Phenomenally friendly and courteous and helpful. Incredibly welcoming. We stayed in the mini suite and I think I could simply live there. ”

“I'm still awaiting to hear back from Expedia. I'm supposed to get a full refund in the amount of $73+ dollars. I did not stay at the property. In fact I only arrived to get abused, made to feel threatened, and made to flee the property. Still as of right now 24 hours later both Expedia and the property are holding on to and benefiting from having my money while I got nothing in return but one of the worst customer experiences possible.”

“The young man that works the evening shift( I think the 3pm-11pm)made my check-in fast and painless. He answered all my questions and gave me the best/ painless way and advice on how to add extra days and pay for them. ”
