"The house had everything we possibly needed from cooking equipment, laundry soap, extra blankets, etc. Jennifer was a gracious host and described the property exactly as it is. The location is fantastic and close to garden of the gods and walking distance to downtown. We couldn't have been happier with our stay!"

"Bring your own toilet paper. You ma run out. I don't like the fact that we have to ask them to clean. If you don't it won't happen. We stayed 4 days."

"Security seems lax, especially given the downtown location. Without a ground-floor manned operation it gives the hotel a "wide open for all to charge in" look. That I didn't like that. I would not recommend a female stay there unless she was a USMC combat vet with bulging rippling muscles."
