Awesome Mountain Home

The view out the huge window was spectacular! The house was perfect for a girls weekend away. Loved sitting at the kitchen bar chatting with friends and relaxing around the fire pit and in the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at mills ranch made our 4 day stay unforgettable. It’s a beautiful cabin, the views are amazing and it had a large beautiful kitchen, pool table, hot tub, plenty of games for the kids. It was very warm and cozy and lots of space for a big family of 10. Would definitely book this place again.

Beautiful property, private comfy. My husbands and my 15 year anniversary so we just used the main bedroom. Heated floors were amazing. Looked like all the rooms were nice. We were not there much, but the hot tub at night with the stream and stars absolutely blew me away!!!

Fantastic Family Vacation

The mountain views and wildlife at this home are amazing! Our family gathered here for an early Christmas celebration, and we were thrilled with the home and all of the amenities. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, spacious master bedroom, grand piano and pool table. A wonderfully appointed vacation home overlooking Pikes Peak. Highly recommended… We would return here in a heartbeat!

Better than we expected. Beautiful Scenery.

As soon as we open the back door it was obvious we picked a great place. Kitchen is more than accommodating. The Living Area with large fire place was very comfortable. Gas firplace and pit were generous. We soent lots of time on back deck with an awesome view of Pikes Peak. We'll be back..

House was everything that was expected …. Views of pikes peak awesome …. Only issue never was able to connect to a secure internet connection …. Contacted Vacsa …. Never was fixed …. Good news was I didn’t need it but was frustrating that they never got back to us ….

Amazing view and location

The views of Pike's Peak are even better than the pictures. Very secluded and quiet, yet only 10 minutes from a grocery store. The deers come to visit every day. What a treat! TV and internet are there if you want it. We enjoyed a beautiful snow while there the first week of April.

Great get-away

The cabin worked very well (family of 5- 16 yr, 14 yr, 13 yr) and was in a wonderful location with a beautiful view of Pikes Peak. We had mule deer outside our windows daily, and one came right up to the window and door. The beds were all comfortable. We enjoyed the hot tub, piano, outdoor fire, and back porch swing. It was relaxing and also was only a 30 minute drive to Garden of the Gods, US Olympic museum, Airforce Academy, Pikes Peak, Manitou Incline. Everything was clean. Some of the pots and pans are getting a little old and there weren’t a lot of cups, but nothing to deter us from wanting to come back. We had a great stay!

Perfectly peaceful and quiet

Stayed for 5 days while looking for houses in the area and loved it. The views are amazing - Pikes Peak is perfectly framed in the living room windows. Same from the deck. The hammock swing on the deck was awesome. We'll definitely be purchasing one of our own as soon as we find a place!! Plenty of wildlife in the area, with deer coming right up to the dining room window and peering in! Very peaceful and quiet at night. The perfect getaway from town. Close to trails for hiking/biking. Really loved it. I'd give it 11/10 if I could. Would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone coming to the area.

Breathtaking location!

This house is gorgeous! It offers a large, open comfortable space with most of the comforts of home to make it hard to leave. The views were AMAZING. The hot tub, fire pit and fire place made our stay cozy and relaxing. A few things I believe need to be addressed...First, the fridge leaks water. It varied from a little to a lot and was troublesome for our groceries stored inside. Secondly, the kitchen is due for updated pots and pans. The ones available are ok but not great for people like us who cooked almost every meal at home. Lastly, the cleanliness of the house was fine but not great. There were smudges and fingerprints all of the windows, tv and patio doors. There was visible dirt, dust and hair under furniture and in bathrooms. It would have been nice to have access to cleaning supplies to allow us to keep it up while we stayed. All in all, we would stay here again. You just CAN'T beat the mountain views.

Nothing short of wonderful

The experience was fantastic. It was easy to access the home and communication was great. The view of the mountains was great. We got to experience everything about Colorado from this one location. We got the mountain views, the snow, and the wildlife. The only feedback I’d offer was to have more soap readily available and the temperature was difficult to control. It was often too hot at night and too cold in the evening. We cracked windows at night which made it perfect. We didn’t get to experience the hot tub or the fire pit because we ran out of time, but we did build a snowman. We also went sledding on the property. Will book again and have discussed spending Christmas here in the future.
