The location was as listed and was perfect for our needs. The above tenants were slightly noisy sometimes but that's out of the managers control. Overall a great stay!

This is truly a warm and inviting space. It is well furnished and comfortable. Check in was super easy. There is what I would consider a dedicated parking space for this unit. It sits on a golf course and is very quiet and peaceful (unless the upstairs is rented too). My only negatives are that 1) there is no climate control within the unit itself. It is controlled in the main home upstairs. You are at the mercy of upstairs renters. 2) The upstairs is also a separate rental space and there is ZERO sound insulation between the two units. I could literally hear every word being spoken by the tenants in the upstairs unit. Every footstep was heard. Fortunately there were only renters the first night I was there. The 2nd & 3rd nights were quiet as there was no one above.

Nice but noisy

Two different groups above us during our stay. Party, banging on the floor like a drum second batch of utility workers loud, laughing, and spunded like a heard of cattle. had to bang on the door to ask for quiet after 10 as we were getting up early to checkout. . drum past 11 pm. Second group ofut

Where so I begin. First of all, you could hear everything upstairs when people were walking around screaming, yelling, whatever the case may be. Second, we had no control over and I asked about it and they never fixed it. Third I had to lay on the pull out sofa, but the first day I went to go use it it broke. I sent in a complaint and sent a picture, and they never came and fixed it. They just told me how to use a pull out a sofa, what a joke. Then finally my biggest pet peeve, the door to the bathroom, did not fit the frame properly so you could not shut the door!!

So Much Potential!

Upon arriving at the property, we were greatly pleased. The location was good for our trip, it was clean and pleasant. However, during our stay, the upstairs guest were quite loud well past "quiet hours". In the morning, the host addressed it and the following night was fine. But our last night was again disrupted...don't quite understand why house rules have to be requested repeatedly. As mentioned, the unit is great, but be prepared if there are guest in the upstairs unit. You will hear voices, footsteps, music and any other activity they engage in. Thanks to our host who attempted to enforce the rules.
