Close to EVERYTHING! Beautiful Farmhouse Retreat!

Casa Claudio Colorado is a three bedroom, two bathroom unit in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO. It is completely renovated inside (December 2018) and is equipped with all new appliances and completely new furniture. It is decorated with a rustic glam feel. It is a duplex unit location with an attached one car garage. Located less than 2 miles to Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, The Incline, Cave of the Winds and many sightseeing spots! Only one block away is beautiful Colorado Avenue which boasts some amazing restaurants and shops. Casa Claudio sleeps up to 8 people and has one king bed, one queen and a twin/full bunk bed. Casa Claudio is very kid-friendly offering a crib/play pen, high chair, family movies, games and more! We provide luxury linens through out the entire residence and memory foam mattresses. It is our hope that Casa Claudio Colorado will feel like your second home. A-STRP-23-1215

The host provided detailed check-in information and instructions in a timely manner and was available to answer our questions. The property was very clean and well maintained. The best part of staying here was the close proximity to Old Colorado City. We were within walking distance of several restaurants and shops. We had a very enjoyable stay, and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some quality time in the O.C.C.

The property was PERFECT! It had TONS of space and the AC worked amazing during the hot summer. Everything was clean and there were lots of amenities. The property manager was VERY responsive and accommodating. I highly recommend and the stay made the trip perfect! It was very close to everything and with easy access.

The townhouse is in a great location. Close to everything. The owner communicates well. There is cold water through the fridge to refill water bottles. The bunk bedroom had a chalkboard our kids enjoyed playing with when they woke up. The primary mattress is the perfect firmness (where you don’t fall through bc it’s so soft). We were only there for 1 night and it was perfect room for the 6 of us. There were a few things that I wish were better. The door to the downstairs queen sized bedroom didn’t close well and any time our teens went in and out of the room it sounded like they were slamming the doors. The master bedroom doesn’t have windows except the patio door with a window that didn’t have blackout curtains (if you like to sleep in that helps) and I read about needing to take all the sheets and towels to the laundry but didn’t realize how long that would take when it was time to leave. Plan on about 30 minutes to collect everything and get it started in the wash.

This is a great place to stay! The house is comfortable and has all of the basic things you need. The location is fantastic - we really enjoyed the easy walk into Old Colorado City. We also liked sitting on the porch and enjoying the view of the mountains.

Owner quickly responsive for questions. The house was clean and decorated with a calm vibe. Location fabulous. Walkable and Safeway 1.0 mile away. Basic needs in the kitchen present. Procedures for departure were easy. Duplex home but could not hear or see the guests. Would highly recommend!!

If you're staying in the Colorado Springs area this is a great home base. It's super close to a ton of great food choices, ice cream and shopping, which are all walkable. I felt the vibe of Old Colorado city was a little bohemian, a little up and coming, but a cool place. The home itself was clean and had everything you needed. We stayed with kids and they had plenty of room. The overall area around is nice. We walked everywhere. I read some comments about the units across the street and they appear to be lower quality but I wouldn't let that scare you away.

Central location

This house was less 20 minutes away from everything we wanted: Cave of Winds, Pike's Peak entrance, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Garden of the Gods, and the USAF Academy. Less than 5 minutes to Safeway (recommended) or King Soopers.The house was as described and had the best stock of commodities of any place so far (toilet paper, soaps, towels, etc).

Colorado Springs, June 2025

Wonderful little duplex property within a short walk to Colorado Avenue in the historic old Colorado city district. 2 miles from Garden of the gods. Great location. The property is duplex style and the deck is on the front of the house. The backyard patio is very tiny and we did not use that at all. It was a great place to stay for our week as our command post and we day trip from there every day. Our favorite restaurant is a four minute walk away and that is the Italian restaurant named Pavacinis.
