Beautiful Victorian era apartment. In the heart of downtown Colorado springs. 2 blocks from Tejon st and walking distance to local shops, restaurants, bars , trails, parks, city bus. You will have your own private apartment nestled in this 1889 Victorian home property with a gated entrance and large community patio area for dining or relaxing and enjoying colorful Colorado.

This place is a gem, with very welcoming vibes, and extremely clear and easy instructions and check-in/out procedures. I found its location to be very convenient for walking to downtown, but it’s just far enough away from the bars and clubs to make for a peaceful and quiet stay.

My boyfriend and I loved staying here. The space was very cozy and comfortable, and the apartment had good security and felt quite safe to us. Check in and check out were a breeze. The location is close to lots of good stuff. We especially enjoyed sitting on the porch! We would happily stay here again in the future.

Cute and Comfy
Great place. Cute inside and all the amenities you could ask for. I appreciate a Keurig Coffee maker!! I would stay here again. I am not a fan of parking in the street so we parked int he Dominos lot. Otherwise if you park in the street you are taking up a lane of traffic that is coming over a hill.
