"Paws in the Pines is without a doubt the best home we have ever stayed in. Jody and Dwight are the most amazing hosts. Check in was super easy, the home is incredible and it was very easy to communicate with them when needed. The home itself is perfect, you will lack for nothing while staying there. So many thoughtful details, like strategically placed nightlights, nice cookware, plenty of towels available, etc. We spent mornings enjoying our coffee on the back patio, and evenings gazing at the stars and occasionally hearing the wolves howl. It’s location is perfect, we did lots of great hiking, visited the fossil beds and the wolf center, took day trips to Victor, Cripple Creek and FairPlay. Like another reviewer said I almost don’t want anyone else to know about this place lol. But Jody and Dwight are fantastic and deserve to be blessed with many bookings so here I am leaving my honest, 5-star review :). "

"None of us had been to the mountains , so pack up we did . Mom /my daughter, grandbabies and I . The house we stayed in did not disappoint! The sights were spectacular to say the least... Many great memories to carry back with us. Goal achieved!!!"
