「The customer service was excellent. Very friendly and worked with me on arrival ( I arrived a day in advance) View was beautiful. 8 mule deer visited every morning. Extremely clean and bed was very comfortable. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a quiet place to stay.」

「Ask for early check-in. Told I’d have to pay $75. Sat in lobby for 2 hours. Not one car in parking lot. No one came in or out of hotel during the 2 hours. Just me and the front desk girl. At 2:55 she called me up and checked me in. Only one outlet in room worked. Alarm clock went off at 1:00 am Refrigerator very loud. Had to shut it off. Heat extremely loud. Don’t stay here」

「We were right outside of downtown Manitou, and right down the road from Garden of the Gods! The room was very clean and cozy, and the gentleman at the front desk was so kind! We arrived very late in the morning, but there was no issues because my key was left in the lock box. We will absolutely be returning. 」

「The castle itself was great, though my poor self could only afford the peasant housing. I liked the breakfast… great property and it snowed while we were there and was the prettiest view ever.」

「The room was clean and large hardly saw the staff was always in and out touring etc. but as for the breakfast it wasn’t a selection to choose from and food was cold 」

「Someone was doing laundry until 2am the laundry room is right beside the bedroom and the walls are thin it was very upsetting the door going inside the laundry room from our little apartment had a padlock on it」

「The power outlet in the bathroom didnt work, the toilet ran and wasnt secured to the wall, and the tv audio made a banging noise while watching tv. They should also add curtains to rooms as the pull down blinds dont keep the light out of the room.」

「Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Room was clean, staff were super nice. Pool and hot tub were great. Only suggestion is to vacuum hallways, steps, and common areas. 」
