“Everything is great.”

“We love the Broadmoor. This was our third time staying staying at the resort. We celebrated a wedding anniversary. We love the beautiful grounds, large and comfy rooms, and the historic charm & artwork throughout. We have have only visited the resort during the off peak season. We are able to get a more budget friendly stay, the grounds are still beautiful but I imagine during the spring & summer, they look amazing. The only drawback this time was just the seemingly never ending “fees” and……

“Clean, nice, good food, GREAT FREE BREAKFAST ( the best we’ve had at this price point). Friendly staff. Always asked if we wanted our room cleaned. The only complaint is the hot tub is not hot. We were told that it’s the hottest it’s allowed to be by law but I think staff failed to find out that while they had it set to that temp it wasn’t actually heating to that temp because it was cold. Issues regarding this area have nothing to do with the hotel. Friday night we were woken up by revelers and……

“This property is so cute. They’ve recently renovated and really play up the art deco style of the historic building. It’s super close to two food halls, a speakeasy, tons of restaurants, and cheap parking. 10/10 would highly recommend! ”

“The only negative was that the bathtub did not have a stopper and I take hot bathes for my back. Everything else was great, and I will definitely stay at your hotel again!”

“Its a cheap place to stay right off the interstate and they have breakfast. There are restaurants, convenince stores, and other useful businesses within walking distance. The neighborhood isnt the greatest and there is plenty of noise at night but the place is safe and secure place. With entries that require a key card to enter.”

“The rooms are definitely spacious with the full kitchen and the beds are beyond comfortable. But we had a 4 day stay an NO INTERNET the entire stay. I had to pay for my mobile data just to check my email & SM accounts every day. We called the desk and every single day was told "tomorrow", but never got internet. This was especially frustrating considering the internet was working in the office & breakfast areas. The breakfast is always good there. Other than that it was a nice stay.”

“We absolutely loved her stay there. The staff was very nice and enjoyable. The food was great and it was a very quiet very friendly family hotel. We would not mind staying there again. It was perfect for a trip to go see my brother. I hadn’t seen an over two years. They were very accommodating to both us and my brother wasn’t even staying there. He was just visiting during the days. ♥️♥️”

“The staff at the front desk were exceptionally pleasant. I sincerely appreciate their kindness. The location is super convenient, right off the highway. Breakfast was actually way better than expected. Area was clean and kept in good condition during service. I think this property is great value for price paid. Would stay again.”
