"Clean, hotel, nice place to stay very comfortable. The staff is very inviting very helpful and very courteous if you want a nice place to stay in Fort Wayne this is the place where you would wanna stay very comfortable."

"The only helpful one here was Shawna. And the manager was rude didn't want to hear anything we had to say we couldn't even get into our room with key cause door was messed up it was super disgusting in our room. The manager also charged my cards triple the amount it was supposed to be I highly do not recommend this hotel its nasty and horrible rude people and the pictures on the sites are photo shopped tremendously."

The hotel offered great amenities, which added to the overall enjoyment and convenience of our stay. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere was both comfortable and inviting. We greatly appreciated the level of service provided and the attention to detail shown by the entire team. It’s clear that guest satisfaction is a priority here. We would not hesitate to stay here again and will definitely be booking with this hotel in the future. "Air conditioning was very loud. no ice on 2nd or 3rd floor. Out of order signs looked very old. Asked for more coffee and sugars 3 days in a row, never got them. At one point I was told they ran out. But when I walked by the cleaning cart it was loaded with coffee sugar and creamer. ( No I didn't take them from cart) When I signed in they said I had to pay a $25 deposit, This is after my non refundable $600 was already paid. The staff was very friendly but unfortunately they never followed through with the coffee. A lot of little thing but enough to make me never go there again."
