「Our room —as we entered, the security lock was on the floor broke in half with the screws in tack! So our 3 night stay had NO SECURITY LOCK! In the tub/shower; the safety bar was broken & 1/2 off ! Our bed had a used cleaning rag in between the sheets. NO MAID service unless requested. We had to take our trash & dirty towels to get clean ones. The breakfast area was dirty all 3 mornings—NEVER was a table wiped clean & ALWAYS a nasty mess on the food counter area.」
