「Upon arrival the attendant made us feel welcomed and made sure if we needed anything to just use the phone. Each time me and my requested for clean towels or toilet paper, they were prompt to do so.」

「I liked the indoor outdoor pool options. I didn’t utilize the beach. It was quiet I heard no one around me. We had an updated room where our friends had a very old out dated 2 bedroom. Could’ve used another drying towel or two in our room. We had to clean our dishes before we left. I felt like it was such a waste to use the dishwasher for 1 plate and knife because there was not a dish sponge available to wash the dish we had to use the dishwasher.」

「This is truly a gem! We celebrated our anniversary at this property and it did not disappoint. The host is very attentive to your stay with offers to have your groceries ready and discounts to attractions such as Noah’s Ark and Aquavia Luminara. Room was impeccably clean, and the lake view was spectacular with access to pier. Not far from main attractions but yet the area is quiet. Would definitely come back again without hesitation. 「This condo is awesome. Everything was as described. Clean, updated, spacious with a beautiful lake view. Close to everything but off the beaten path so quiet neighborhood. We did not use the pools because we had water park passes. Highly recommend the add ons for the water park and Aquavia Lumina, saved $$, well worth it. I have no complaints at all. Family of 4 with 2 older teenage boys.」

「The loft smelled coming from the garbage disposal. Request towels the next day, never came, had to go to front to get it. Everything was old and needed upgrading. Over wasn’t pleased」
