“Amazing time. Check in was a little confusing but once we figured that out it was smooth sailing. Staff was very attentive and quick to respond when needed. Room was clean and quiet. Absolutely loved the balcony over the trees. Wish we could of stayed longer we will be back for sure!!”

“Tami made our Christmas stay wonderful. She was very easy to reach, communicated everything in advance, and her home was exactly as advertised. Super clean, well stocked, and high quality amenities. She even did all the little touches to make the place feel like home. She put up a Christmas tree, garland, and all the little holiday signs around the house to make it feel like home. If you ever want to stay anywhere near Madison, this is your place!”

“Room was fine limited supplies. The upsetting part was the booking claimed to have waterpark passes included. When we arrived I found out theat the policy had changed and not only were the waterpark passes not included but the hotel was not offering any individual sales of waterpark passes. ”

“We loved this property and its functionality for our 3 adult kids and us. It was close to numerous restaurants and stores as well as Cascade where we skied and went tubing. we enjoyed playing at the activity center as well. Chris our host, was very responsive and provided a direct line to contact him. We recommend staying at Terrace #7, we’d stay there again. ”
