“The sanitation is very poor and the floor is dirty.”

“Checked in after along work conference around 430 pm. Went grabbed dinner and a local Army duck tour which was conveniently just a simple miles away. The tree house room smelled like a well used sports locker room and I was informed I was using a community outhouse that was wristband accessible only....not ideal but manageable. The room never did air out. The mattress was the culprit. Sheets smelled clean, blankets yes, pillows....TBD. but the mattress....gross. outdoor pools close at 7pm fyi so……

“Location is beautiful, being right on the river. Ideal for taking boat cruises that leave from the location. Beautiful deck to eat or have drinks from. On the river walk to downtown Wisconsin dells makes it an easy walk to those attractions, restaurants and bars without needing to drive and park.”

“Nice restaurant and great bar, courteous staff and nice new facilities. Room door was very heavy, loud and disturbing when closing. Bed was a little soft. Warm and welcoming place, convenient.”

“This is my family’s go to hotel in Wi Dells. We also always rent the room with a large jet tub in the room due to being able to “swim” after hours🙂 (It also has led lights and Bluetooth in the jetted tub as well) The staff are pretty friendly and make an easy smooth check in as well as check out process. I love that we also get tickets to Noah’s arc with our stay every time! (Whirl pool room or not, you still get the tickets!) 10/10 highly recommended”

“Amber’s Inn and Suites was perfect for our family on our weekend getaway. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Front desk people were helpful and friendly. It is an older motel, but was quiet and a pleasant place. If ever visiting Wisconsin Dells please consider this place.”

“Friendly and very accommodating staff. Clean and quiet. Loved our room; we had the two queen beds with separate living room and full kitchen and it was perfect for myself, my husband and 7 month old baby. This is the second time staying at this hotel. We plan on booking this hotel every time we’re in the Dells. Highly recommend.”

“They had a problem with the Internet I didn’t have for a little over a day so I called. They sent somebody to fix it then this morning I went to turn on the TV same issue. I rebooted the box like I was shown by staff and it did not work so that was frustrating and the room smelled very musky and almost like mildewy.”

“Breakfast was fresh. No cups in room. No ice bucket for ice. Ice went all over the floor when I used it. No hot tub. Shower in tub not good water pressure. Slippery. Not good shower. Will not go there again.”

“Beautiful, peaceful location overlooking the Wisconsin River. Several sandy beaches, a pool, grilling area, and other amenities. The room was large with numerous amenities. Not your usual hotel, the buildings are constructed to resemble northern log cabins, including log cabin-type interiors. Each room has a spacious deck with water view. We mostly ate at a nearby American style restaurant also constructed of logs. We took the beautiful Upper Dells Boat tour, but as we are “retirement age”, we……

“There wasn’t too many options for breakfast, and the space was small. Our room was fairly clean an occasional hair on the floor and some lint on the chairs. Very vintage vibes, from no usb outlets to the bathroom lights having a timer (the old ones at least bc they installed new ones right above the mirror). Their pool was smaller than expected, not that deep either I think it stated 5’1 or 5’4 on the deep end im not sure since it was faded, but just to relax & unwind from the day it wasn’t……
