"The rooms were comfortable and basic amenities were provided which leads to a functional feel vs elegance. The staff was by far the best part of the stay. From the time I checked in until my departure I have nothing but good things to say about the staff. The restaurant and bar Mica was spacious and comfortable. A very nice selection at the bar and the food menu was also a pleasant surprise. Blanca and Hana waited on us for a Saturday evening meal and drinks and they too were especially helpful, attentive and provided outstanding service that should be complimented! If you find yourself at that bar ask Blanca for an Emerald Gimlet (it's not on the menu) and you will be pleasantly surprised!"

"On my arrival at the hotel, Sunday, March 15, I was tall to leave US$100 for a security. deposit and it will return onto my account It’s now five days since I left and I have not seen my hundred dollars return on my credit card. I left the property just as I receive it. I haven’t drink no water. I haven’t drink the coffee. I am still waiting for my hundred dollars to return on my account Capital One quicksilver please looking for me. I left the hotel on Monday, March 16 6:15 AM."

"The staff was amazing but the rooms were showing their age. Our room was clean however another room in our party was very dusty and the bathroom did not look clean. "

"There was a huge confusion upon check-in; hotel front desk manager was blaming Expedia for not paying them. He went on to demand I pay for the hotel stay immediately and provide another card. He mentioned they kept trying to charge the card on file and payment did not go through. after 30 minutes or so, he finally said everything looked fine after an update and provided the room key."
