Charming, comfy home close to downtown and all colleges!

Directly adjacent to Columbia College and close to Mizzou, Stephen's and downtown, the home is ideally located for ease in getting around.

We provide very comfortable beds, bedding and soft comfy towels, as well as plenty of coffee you can prepare each morning in the provided Keurig.

3 separate window air conditioners keep the home plenty cool during the summer.

It was our first time doing an AirB&B/VRBO stay and it definitely was worth it. Cozy, quaint property that is perfect for a couples getaway. Loved the fenced backyard and deck. The back toilet has to be one of those ones that chew up your poop because flushing it is a loud, heart racing affair, especially in the middle of the night. Property is in a diverse neighborhood, so we didn’t stick out like sore thumbs or feel like we would be profiled. All in all, we definitely would stay again.

I recently stayed at Charming, And I have mixed feelings about my experience. On the good hand, the house is indeed charming and nicely decorated. Additionally, the price was good, and the location was convenient to downtown. However, there were some negatives that I believe need to be addressed . Firstly, the floors were incredibly slanted throughout the entire house, particularly in the front bedroom and bathroom. Walking on them felt like being in a funhouse, and it was difficult to maintain balance. I also found the bathrooms to be incredibly small, with a showers being particularly challenging to use. You need to be a very small person to fit comfortably in them . On a positive note, the front bedrooms mattress was comfortable, although you could feel that it was slanted due to the uneven flooring. The provided bedding and towels were appreciated, and it was nice not to have a long list of chores to do in checking out. All we had to do was toss the towels in the washing machine . One thing that surprised me was that none of the other reviews mentioned the uneven floors. I selected this house based on the great reviews, so I felt compelled to provide an honest assessment for others to consider . In summary, while Charming has some good qualities, the uneven floors and small bathrooms make for a challenging stay. I would recommend this house to people who prioritize aesthetics and affordability but do not mind some inconvenience.

Quirky Clean Super Spot

Very fun property. Great value for 2 Bedroom/2bath. Location convenient to campus, downtown and Stephens/Columbia College(s). Small bathrooms, but great comfortable beds.
