Gentleman that checked in was very nice and polite room was extremely outdated, dirty. The sheets seemed clean but overall needs a complete overhaul. There was a large bucket filled with water under the bathroom sink and mold growing from the leaky faucet.

As far as the property itself, it was great and very remote location. The grounds are well kept in the rooms were immaculately clean. The breakfast was awesome. The problem that I had that could possibly be fixed was the young man who checked us in. He quite seemed very impatient and he had a little bit of a negative attitude. We had plans to stay longer, however seem to me that he was not welcoming so we decided to go elsewhere after our second night staying there

The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The room on the other hand needed some TLC. AC did not work right, TV was not programmed, we saw a couple of roaches, and one pillow case had a dark stain on it. The pool was closed and no explanation was given as to why. Which was a real let down.

Shocking that the maid’s baby was rolling around on a dirty carpet while she was attempting to clean rooms..,clearly unsafe practice as well as the room the maid stated was “ok”,there were no pillowcases on the pillows,bathroom floor and mirror was dirty,refrigerator had chocolate syrup smeared ,in freezer.I was given another room which was actually clean,location is great

I checked in, went to the room and was appalled at the mold and terrible condition of everything in the room. I headed downstairs and canceled my reservation. I will never book this place again. While waiting to checkout , I talked with 2 other families checking out for the same reason.

Our hotel room was dirty. The carpet was filthy. Thank goodness, the bed seemed to have clean linens, but that was the only redeeming quality. Breakfast offerings were minimal at best. The entry to the hotel is in dire need of power washing. The parking lot had lots of trash scattered around. There was not even one bench or place to sit outside. I would not choose to stay at this hotel again.

Had to change rooms 3 times until we found one that had a working heater/ac unit and didnt have items that were broken inside. Rooms needed a good cleaning, floor was dirty and appliances were well worn out. Lots of dust in vents, and artwork frame was broken and filthy with soap stains. Bathroom wasnt well stocked, as we had to go ask for hand soap. No pool available since it has been down for a while one of the staff said. Breakfast was ok, and equipment room was well stocked, but a machine was down for repairs. Staff did help as much as they could, and helped answers questions.

The room was dirty and outdated. There was gum crusted in the carpet, a candy wrapper stuck to the wall two different things crusted things on the nightstand, cigarette burns in the comforter, the pillowcases were slightly tinged yellow, and the bathroom had hair and other things in the corners and blue plastic stuck in the sink drain. Front staff was friendly and the coffee was hot in the morning. Would not stay at again ever. Adding just a few example pictures.

Very nice hotel although the staff members at the front desk were very rude, belligerent, and they did not acknowledge the customers presence. Sometimes it’s the people who run the show and not show itself.
