「I had a third floor room and the elevator quit working after I arrived. Having bad knees and using a cane, this was a major inconvenience. Staff started looking for a room on ground floor the next morning and found one. Staff was very helpful in moving my luggage. Settling in to the ground floor room, I find that the bathroom fan is rattling loudly and unable to use. The staff said that they have no idea when parts were coming for the fan or the elevator. I was disappointed with my stay here.」

「We stayed in one of the ground floor, the room was small but had exactly what we needed for an overnight. The room was clean, the bathroom had rocky mountain soap products which was a nice touch. The room looks updated. The property was clean and nice flowers etc. around. We came afterhours and it was very easy to get access to our room. They are dog friendly. The included breakfast at screamers was amazing!!!!」
