“This is an older property, so if you are looking for luxury this is not for you. It is clean, has working a/c, shower, TV , microwave, coffee maker and a bed. It has a beautiful pool area, although we did not use it. We just need a clean, safe place to sleep and shower. We stayed her last year as well, for Follow the Arrow Festival. Ther is a great restaurant next door.”

“No office on site which is not noted on the Expedia booking info. Was given the wrong door code, messaged them through Expedia app and on the number given on the reservation info they emailed to me, no response. After half an hour found a phone number for their office. Called and was given the correct code finally. There’s no note on the reservation info about how the door locks when you leave, it doesn’t automatically lock. No cable so you have to sign in to WiFi to use streaming services, tv……

“I'm house-hunting in Hudson, so my wife and I have stayed in a few other hotels and B&Bs there. However, one night in Pocketbook and I'll definitely continue booking there. I don't understand the complaints about the noise or rude staff, becauee we experienced the exact opposite. The staff were warm & welcoming, and very friendly. Overnight, it was peaceful and quiet. We stayed on a Saturday night and the hotel was booked out, but besides hearing some light noise above us the next day, it was……

We enjoyed spending time by the pool reading (excellent book selection in the lobby,) relaxing in the dry saunas, kayaking on the lake, Sunday yoga and the peace of the guided evening float. Prospect Berkshires is incredibly curated from the moment you get out of your car. This was my second stay and will not be my last!”

“We had the room with the balcony. That added space was lovely. However there were dead insects on the bathroom sink when we arrived and stains on some of the towels which really made my daughter uncomfortable with the whole stay”
