We even cooked dinner for some family members which allowed us time to visit and connect….a much better choice than a restaurant.The location is so perfect as well. “The place was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it was on the first floor. The lock system was a bit confusing but the support team quickly help us straighten it out. You apparently have to have the landing app downloaded and also a lock app downloaded to your phone. We were only there for 2 days so they just gave us another lock code for the second day. We would stay there again. ”

“Excellent location in the heart of Downtown Wilmington! Everything was walking distance that we wanted to do. The property was very clean and had everything we needed. Contact with the host was wonderful as well! If you do have small children just be aware it can be loud at night due to people outside. 10/10 and already planning our next trip! ”

“Long weekend getaway in downtown Wilmington. The condo was exactly as advertised and modern. Excellent view of the river, bridges and USS North Carolina battleship. Central and easily walkable to all of the restaurants, bars, shopping, and the water walkway. This condo is on the top floor and an end unit, so there was no outside noise, which is awesome for me, as I am a light sleeper. Checking and checking out was a breeze and the owner was excellent to communicate with. Would defintely……
