“Steven, our host, was so welcoming and the instructions for accessing the house were clearly explained. The house was perfect for my son and I. We came to tour UNCW and make a nice long weekend of it and the house was a perfect location. The waterfront was an easy walk and a great spot for dinner. ”

“The stay was great! Simple process to get in the room and get situated. Being on the 3rd floor near the elevators and stairs made the trips from the beach and pool easy. The view was so nice from the balcony. And any questions I had were answered very promptly. I would def recommend for a couple or small family. I'd stay again for sure! Thank you!”

“The place was very comfortable and clean. We loved that it was on the first floor. The lock system was a bit confusing but the support team quickly help us straighten it out. You apparently have to have the landing app downloaded and also a lock app downloaded to your phone. We were only there for 2 days so they just gave us another lock code for the second day. We would stay there again. ”

“We traveled this weekend for a soccer tournament and we had a property booked prior to finding this one. Myrtle beach is so outdated, so to find a property a NEW property that would feel like home for the weekend was a win. We canceled our prior booking and snagged this one. Will definitely book again !”
